Responsibilities:

• Clean, tidy, and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, replenish amenities, and ensure overall room readiness.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor promptly.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and use of equipment/chemicals safely.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times.
• Assist guests courteously with requests while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
• Ensure housekeeping trolleys and storage areas are clean, stocked, and organized.
Support teamwork by assisting colleagues in busy periods and contributing to smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience in hotels or serviced apartments preferred (but not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina; ability to stand, bend, and lift during shifts.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
