Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure rooms are tidy and well-presented.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, balconies, and other high-use areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wash surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
- Use cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment safely and effectively.
- Restock toiletries, cleaning supplies, and room amenities as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
- Ensure all assigned rooms meet hygiene and presentation standards. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality or a similar role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and chemical use.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Good time management and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving items.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
