Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and present high-quality meals for guests.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Manage inventory and monitor food costs.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a hotel or similar setting.
- Knowledge of diverse cuisines and food safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
