General Manager - 4-Star Hotel
Reports to: Regional Director
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our 4-star hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with expertise in front office, food and beverage, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies
- Enhance guest experience and satisfaction
- Oversee front office operations, ensuring seamless check-in, check-out, and guest service.
- Manage food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet events
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Lead and motivate hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, laws, and regulations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hospitality experience, preferably in a GM or similar role
- Strong expertise in front office, food and beverage, and financial management
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving guest satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
