This role requires someone who is proactive, target-driven, and capable of expanding market presence, building lasting client relationships, and identifying new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1, Business Growth & Sales Strategy
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals in the real estate and luxury markets.
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across both corporate (B2B) and consumer (B2C) segments.
Execute market entry strategies and generate qualified leads through strategic prospecting and networking.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, demands, and pricing dynamics.
2, Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, brokers, and corporate clients.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored property or luxury solutions based on their needs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service and communication.
3, Deal Structuring & Negotiation
Lead contract negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals in line with organizational policies and pricing frameworks.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure, finalize, and monitor agreements.
Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to post-sale support.
4, Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with marketing, sales, and project teams to align on promotional campaigns and project timelines.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Prepare and present regular reports on pipeline development, conversions, and sales performance to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in business development or sales, particularly in real estate, luxury products/services, or high-value B2B/B2C environments.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Lagos and surrounding regions.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build a sales pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong professional network in relevant industries and sectors.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital sales platforms.
- Must be proactive, entrepreneurial, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
