Job Purpose:

To manage and mitigate customer credit risk: Business credit transaction is facilitated by conducting risk assessment on the business partner followed by systematic credit and collection process. Scope of work also includes structuring large deal through trade finance and selecting effective trade credit insurance to mitigate risk.

Responsibilities:

• Driving the credit policy basis organization expectation.
• Customer risk assessment: to understand their financial ability and intention to honor payments as per mutually agreed terms.
• To monitor the credit order management process within defined Turn Around Time (TAT).
• Overdue management and follow-up to ensure working capital efficiency.
• Negotiating and administering credit insurance policy.
Strive to achieve doubtful debts within prescribed norms (ideal condition – zero bad debt)
