Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Market loans to the target audience for portfolio growth.
- Conduct field visits, business assessments, and customer verifications to evaluate creditworthiness.
- Generate quality leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into active clients.
- Present credit recommendations to the credit committee for approval. Loan Form Documentation and follow through to disbursement.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of mandatory experience in credit sales or financial services.
- Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Good understanding of credit risk assessment and loan documentation.
- Must have completed NYSC
