We’re hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to manage and grow all digital marketing efforts for our haircare brand. If you’re passionate about beauty and marketing, have a proven track record in the US market, and want to join a fast-moving and creative team.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and lead digital marketing strategy to promote hair products across multiple channels
• Manage and mentor the marketing team, set goals, assign tasks, and foster collaboration
• Oversee content production for social media, email, blogs, and paid ads
• Track and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta insights, and more
• Build and engage online communities, manage influencer collaborations, and increase brand loyalty
Stay current with beauty trends and digital marketing best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Full-stack exepeience in the beauty industry
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience
• Hands-on experience in building teams, media buying and website management.
• Experience with the US market
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented
