Job Summary:
We are looking to hire two creative and experienced Social Media Handlers / Digital Marketers to join our marketing team in Lagos and Abuja. The ideal candidates will be responsible for building brand presence, managing digital campaigns, and creating content that drives audience engagement across platforms.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation
- Proven experience managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter
- Familiarity with paid ads: Google Ads, Facebook Ads
Key Skills:
- Expertise in social media strategy development and execution
- Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Meta Business Suite)
- Strong content creation ability: blogs, case studies, short-form videos, graphics
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop
- Familiarity with GIS or geospatial technology is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, schedule, and manage social media campaigns to boost brand awareness
- Create and curate engaging content tailored to different platforms
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
- Manage online communities and engage with industry influencers
- Stay updated on social trends, tools, and platform changes
Personal Attributes:
- Creative, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team
