- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics, and email dashboards to extract actionable insights.
- Keep a finger on the pulse of digital trends, cultural shifts, and competitor activity in both UK and African markets.
7. Community & Impact Building
- Engage meaningfully with our audience around themes of women’s health, social equity, sustainability, and self-care.
- Forge digital partnerships with NGOs, educators, community leaders, and grassroots initiatives to amplify our mission.
Experience
- 3+ years in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Experience building digital communities and brand identities, ideally in wellness, femtech, or sustainability sectors.
- Demonstrated success with influencer marketing, campaign planning, and audience growth.
- Experience across global or multicultural markets, especially UK and Africa is a strong plus.
That said; if you’re earlier in your journey but have a strong portfolio, deep passion for women’s health, and the ambition to grow with us, we’re open to hearing from you! Skills can be learned but heart, vision, and drive matter most.

- The chance to shape brand direction and community culture from an early stage.
- Flexible working hours, location independence, and the opportunity to grow with us.
- A supportive, empowering, and creative team that values your voice and vision.
