- Resolve patient complaints and concerns.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or front desk operations in the health sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dental clinic operations is an advantage.
