Job Summary:
A reputable geospatial solutions company specializing in land mapping and topography is looking for a smart and proactive Customer Service Representative in Abuja. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, courteous, and able to manage client interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide accurate information on products and services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward clients at all times
- Document customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage CRM tools to track inquiries and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience in a customer-facing role
- Background in tech, engineering, or geospatial solutions is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abuja
