Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote
We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers with large-sized product returns and logistics-related concerns. If you’re skilled in managing difficult return situations and delivering a great customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with returns, refunds, and exchanges—especially for large or bulky furniture
- Resolve logistics issues with empathy and efficiency
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to coordinate return processes
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
Must-Haves:
- Experience handling large-sized products/Furniture (any bulky item experience is acceptable)
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Neutral/Professional English Accent
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
