Responsibilities:

• Proactively initiate outbound calls, messages, or emails to prospective users to convert interest into deposits and trading activity .
• Develop strong relationships with leads and clients to boost conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Confidently explain cryptocurrency products, trading platforms, and promotions to drive customer action.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout the user journey.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to troubleshoot customer issues in real-time.
• Collect and escalate feedback from users to help refine processes, improve services, and optimize business performance.
Support any other tasks or campaigns assigned by supervisors that contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Fluency in Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills to convert leads effectively
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, objection handling, and upselling
• Familiarity with the crypto or trading industry is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Positive, resilient, and customer-focused attitude
• Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or fintech/crypto roles is a plus
• Must be able to work onsite in Ilorin, Nigeria
• Access to a personal computer or laptop is mandatory.
