Job Description/Requirements
We are looking to hire a
bookkeeper to carry out the day to day financial tasks of the company. The preferred candidate should have very good accounting skills and a keen eye for detail. Job responsibilities
- Managing supplier accounts.
- Create and send invoices.
- Management and analysis of employee expenses.
- Preparation of payment runs.
- Manage project budgets.
- Credit control.
- Bank reconciliations and supplier statements.
- Process payroll in a timely manner.
- Prepare tax reports and, Any other specific duties assigned for bookkeeping.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience.
- 3 years minimum working experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent accounting skills.
- Very good organizational skills/ability to multitask.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Ability to use Sage accounting software is a plus. Experience within the construction industry is a plus
