We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
*IMPORTANT* - Candidate must live in the local area (e.g. Ajuwon / Akute / Iju / Ishaga / Alagbole / Lambe, etc.). ANYONE RESIDING IN AN AREA FAR FROM AKUTE MUST NOT APPLY.

Description – in this role you will:
- Assist the CEO, COO and any other Directors with administrative tasks.
- Assist with drafting company policies and procedures.
- Assist in all areas related with recruiting new staff.
- Call job candidates for telephone interviews and arrange interviews where necessary.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies when necessary.
- Assist with induction of new staff.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of daily staff matters and incidences.
- Work with the cleaning staff and security staff.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks inside and outside the buildings.
- Keep digital records of inventories, general maintenance, cleaning inspections, etc.
- Inspect the work of artisans e.g. painter, plumber, carpenter etc.
- Attend to visitors professionally and warmly.
- Conduct online and offline research.
Essential requirements – the ideal candidate checklist:
- Proven professional experience as an Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years’ experience.
- Verifiable training and experience.
- Exceptionally reliable, dependable and trustworthy.
- Well-versed in using Microsoft Office software, especially Word and Excel.
- Passion for elderly care and for helping people in general.
- Exceptional reading, writing, listening and communication skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and solutions-orientated approach.
- A go-getter who is ready to hit the ground running.
Net salary: 85k to 100k. Depending on verifiable qualifications, skills and years of experience.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday – 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.
Saturdays – 9.00 am to 3.00 pm.
The successful candidate must be willing and able to commute daily to our office in Akute, Ogun State.

Pay: ₦85,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month
