Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Run errands and perform personal tasks when required
- Maintain an organized filing system (digital and physical)
- Assist with project coordination and task follow-ups
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and partners on behalf of the MD
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: ₦80,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month
