Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Officer located in Lagos. The Admin Officer will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, provide administrative assistance, and ensure efficient operation of the office. Duties include handling communications, organizing office procedures, assisting customers, and maintaining orderly records and files.
Qualifications
- Skills in General Administration and Organization
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Customer Service
- Strong Communication and Organization Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- 2-3 years Experience with office management software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
