Sproucrest LTD, an innovative consulting firm specialising in personal development and career advancement, is seeking a proactive HR/Admin Manager to lead recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and compliance measures.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle.
Oversee payroll, benefits, and performance management.
Coordinate training programmes and staff development initiatives.
Ensure the smooth running of administrative operations.
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree or professional certifications are advantageous).
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in HR management or HR/Admin management.
Strong understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
