What You’ll Do
- Respond to customers via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
- Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
