We are now in the process of searching for a bright, creative, adaptable, passionate, quality-driven and experienced Shopify Developer to join our team.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all things Shopify Development with at least 5 years of experience and be looking for an opportunity to develop within an ambitious fast-paced organisation.This is a remote and full-time role, therefore, you’ll need to be self-motivated, highly organised, and relish working in a busy, fast-paced online environment.

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Shopify Developer with strong frontend and backend skills to join our team. You’ll help our client deliver high-quality, scalable Shopify solutions that drive business results for their e-commerce clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, customise, and maintain Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Work with Shopify APIs, metafields, checkout customisation, and advanced Shopify Plus features.
• Integrate third-party apps and APIs to support unique business logic.
• Optimise storefront performance (LCP, FCP, CLS), mobile responsiveness, and SEO.
• Ensure clean, scalable code and manage version control via Git.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers early in the development lifecycle.
• Conduct comprehensive quality checks including functionality, responsiveness, SEO, and code integrity.
Guide clients through UAT: validating workflows, gathering usability feedback, and supporting testing on various devices and networks.

Server & Deployment Responsibilities:

• Manage server configurations for Shopify headless or integrations (optional but preferred).
• Handle DNS settings, CDN (Cloudflare, etc.), SSL, and deployment coordination.
Troubleshoot frontend or API-related issues, ensuring optimal performance.

Skills & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience developing for Shopify, including Shopify Plus.
• Proficient in Liquid, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Deep understanding of Shopify APIs, app integrations, and advanced customisation.
• Experience with Git and modern version control workflows.
• Ability to debug issues, improve site performance, and deliver clean, maintainable code.
Familiar with performance, SEO, and UX best practices.
