About the Job
We’re hiring a Customer Technical Support with strong Technical experience . This is a fully remote position, it is ideal for someone who is proactive, tech-savvy and tech-inclined, and confident in handling customer interactions particularly through email, and live chat, inbound and outbound calls. The role requires excellent email communication skills, and domicile in Nigeria

- Prior experience in remote customer service.
