REQUIREMENT:
1, QUALIFICATION: HND (Upper Credit)/ BSc Second class lower or BSc second class upper in any discipline.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years as a collection officer/Contact center agent in a financial institution, Micro-finance.
3. Good communication skills (both verbal & written).
4. Customer relationship management skills.
5. Resilient and proactive attitude
6. 28years and below.
