Blastily is a cross-border media platform that helps brands launch global campaigns—billboards, radio, press, influencer activations, and more—while streamlining payment and reporting in multiple currencies. As we scale, we’re looking for a driven SDR who already understands the language of payments, FX, and SaaS.
What you’ll do
- Prospect daily. Research, call, email, and DM decision-makers at agencies, marketplaces, and high-growth brands.
- Book qualified demos. Own top-of-funnel targets and hand off warm opportunities to our Account Executives.
- Run outbound sequences. Craft personalized emails and LinkedIn messages that speak to pain points in cross-border payments and campaign ROI.
- Master the numbers. Make 80+ calls a day, hit weekly meeting quotas, and keep the CRM spotless.
- Collaborate with marketing. Feed campaign insights back to growth and content teams so we can iterate fast.
- Stay FinTech-savvy. Keep current on payments regulations, AI-driven ad tech, and the competitive landscape.
What success looks like
- 25–30 demos booked per month with a 70 % show rate
- Pipeline value that meets or exceeds monthly quota
- Clean, timely data entry in HubSpot (or similar CRM) Constant experimentation and A/B testing of outreach copy
You’ll thrive here if you have
- 1–3 years of SDR/BDR experience, at least one year in FinTech or payments
- A track record of hitting or beating sales-qualified-lead targets
- Comfort making daily cold calls and leaving compelling voicemails
- Strong written skills for concise, high-impact outbound emails
- Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet) and sequencing platforms (Hubspot, Outreach, Apollo) Curiosity, coachability, and a bias for action
