Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to overall company revenue goals.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication and effective negotiation techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role (minimum of 1–2 years preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
