Role Overview
Were hunting for a rockstar fundraiser to secure $100,000 USD (160M) in pre-seed funding by Decem-
ber 2025. This is your shot to lead a high-stakes raise, connect with top-tier investors, and earn a massive
payout. Crush this, and youll spearhead our Series A to scale our vision across Nigeria and beyond. This
is a fee-based role with monthly reviews to keep you on firejoin, raise, win big.
Responsibilities

• 
  Raise $100,000 USD (160M) in pre-seed capital by December 2025.
  
• Build a pipeline of 20+ investors (VCs, angels, accelerators).
  
• Craft a show-stopping pitch deck showcasing our disruptive edge.
  
Own investor meetings and close deals like a pro.

Month-by-Month Review Milestones

• Month 1 (Sep): Build 10+ investor contacts; nail the pitch deck.
  
• Month 2 (Oct): Land 5+ investor meetings; pitch to 3+ VCs/angels.
  
• Month 3 (Nov): Secure $40,000 USD (64M) in commitments.
  
Month 4 (Dec): Close $100,000 USD (160M) raise.

Qualifications

• Proven track record raising 50M+ ($30,000 USD+) for Nigerian fintech or crypto startups.
  
• Killer network with local and global investors.
  
• Deep knowledge of Nigerias crypto market and SEC regulations.
  
Lagos-based preferred; relentless hustle required.
