Job Title: Sales & Business Development Officer
Location: Lagos & Abuja
Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth within the manufacturing construction sector by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and positioning the company as a trusted partner in delivering quality construction and manufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the manufacturing and construction market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential growth areas.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams including project, engineering, and operations teams to deliver top-notch customer service and ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Prepare, present, and deliver compelling sales reports, proposals, and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong passion for growth and business expansion.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
Salary:
NGN200,000
