A reputable Microfinance Institution is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Officer (Asset Management) to drive the growth of its investment portfolio, attract high-value clients, and expand its presence in Abuja
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and manage investment portfolios
Promote the institution’s savings, investment, and asset management products
Identify opportunities for growth within the MSME and retail investment market
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and investors
Meet and exceed monthly business development and revenue targets
Conduct market analysis and stay updated on financial and investment trends
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
Requirements:
Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field
At least 2 years’ experience in a business development or client relationship role, preferably in microfinance, banking, or asset management
Strong knowledge of financial products, especially tailored for low- and middle-income earners
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
Goal-oriented and able to work independently
Must be based in Abuja
Remuneration:
₦350k-₦400k
