Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, well-presented, and professional female Receptionist / Front Desk Officer who will also serve as a Secretary to management. She will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing administrative and secretarial support to the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Duties
- Welcome and attend to visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
- Keep the reception area neat, organized, and welcoming
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence
- Secretarial Duties
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management
- Draft, type, and manage official correspondence
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and record minutes
- Maintain confidential files and organize office documentation
- Assist in preparing reports and other documents
Requirements
- Female candidate for gender balance.
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Neat appearance, professional etiquette, and organizational ability
- Trustworthy, discreet, and proactive
- Proximity to Ikoyi is an advantage
