We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Officer to join our client's esteemed team. As the first point of contact for guests, the Front Desk Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to visitors, calls, and inquiries.
- Manage reception area and maintain a professional environment.
- Handle correspondence, mail, and scheduling.
- Support administrative tasks and record-keeping.
- Assist with office coordination and staff requests.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and multitasking ability.
- Professional appearance and customer service skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
