Receptionist / Front Desk Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, well-presented, and professional female Receptionist / Front Desk Officer who will also serve as a Secretary to management. She will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing administrative and secretarial support to the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk Duties
• Welcome and attend to visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
• Keep the reception area neat, organized, and welcoming
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence
• Secretarial Duties
• Provide administrative and clerical support to management
• Draft, type, and manage official correspondence
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and record minutes
• Maintain confidential files and organize office documentation
• Assist in preparing reports and other documents

Requirements

• Female candidate for gender balance.
• Minimum of HND / B.Sc.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Neat appearance, professional etiquette, and organizational ability
• Trustworthy, discreet, and proactive
• Proximity to Ikoyi is an advantage
