Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Lagos. The Real Estate Manager will oversee the daily operations of our properties, and Facility services ensuring a high level of Customer service. Responsibilities include property management, handling tenant relations, ensuring properties are well-maintained, and coordinating with other departments to support business development and operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Property Management
- Proven ability to Improve Estate Operations, Maintenance and Security
- Estate Management and Property Skills
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate
- Facility Management Capabilities
- Ability to work on site
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Property Management, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years Experience with proven track knowledge records in Estate Management
