Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance/Account Executive specializing in Real Estate and Hospitality. The role is located in Lagos. The Senior Finance/Account Executive will manage financial operations, prepare financial statements, handle GST, oversee account management, and support the sales team. They will also be responsible for budgeting, financial analysis, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Skills in Finance and Financial Statements
- Experience with Goods and Services Tax (GST) and regulatory compliance
- Account Management and Sales skills
- Strong analytical and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
