- The Entry-Level Revenue Assurance Officer will support the Revenue Assurance team in monitoring, validating, and safeguarding the company’s revenue streams.
- This role ensures that all sales transactions, cash collections, and financial records across QSR outlets are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking and reconciling daily sales, deposits, and payment records from QSR outlets.
- Monitor POS transactions, ensuring accuracy between sales data and bank collections.
- Support in identifying, reporting, and resolving revenue leakages or discrepancies.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for completeness and correctness.
- Work with outlet managers and cashiers to ensure compliance with cash handling and reporting procedures.
- Assist in preparing revenue assurance reports for management review.
- Participate in spot checks, audits, and investigations at outlets when required.
- Support the implementation of controls to improve revenue accuracy and reduce losses.
- Maintain accurate documentation of revenue assurance activities and findings.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Audit teams to resolve reconciliation issues.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (experience in retail/QSR/hospitality will be an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling figures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and a commitment to high ethical standards.

Salary
N80,000 - N90,000 per month.
