Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Lagos. The Real Estate Manager will oversee the daily operations of our properties, and Facility services ensuring a high level of Customer service. Responsibilities include property management, handling tenant relations, ensuring properties are well-maintained, and coordinating with other departments to support business development and operations.
Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management
• Proven ability to Improve Estate Operations, Maintenance and Security
• Estate Management and Property Skills
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate
• Facility Management Capabilities
• Ability to work on site
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
• Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Property Management, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years Experience with proven track knowledge records in Estate Management
• Relevant Certifications in Estate or Property Management is a plus.
