Job Description/Requirements
We're looking for a passionate and driven Operations Specialist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves to create engaging educational content, facilitate professional development, and build strong online communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning and content creation: Develop and produce high-quality learning materials for educators and professionals.
- Facilitate upskilling: Design and lead training sessions to help our community members grow their skills.
- Community engagement: Drive digital community engagement and manage our online community.
- Event management: Plan, coordinate, and manage educational events, both online and in-person.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 1 year of post-NYSC work experience.
This is a physical role based in our Surulere office.
