Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and strategic leader to manage all aspects of our digital media presence. This person will not only create engaging content but also lead a team, oversee content strategy, and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across platforms. This is a leadership role for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced ministry environment, and is passionate about using digital tools to advance the Kingdom. Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a monthly and yearly digital content calendar aligned with church events, sermons, and outreach.
- Brainstorm and lead creative campaigns for both ministry and community engagement.
Content Creation & Oversight
- Oversee production of social media posts, videos, livestream clips, graphics, and photography.
- Manage a small team of creatives, volunteers, and interns to deliver high-quality content.
Digital Engagement & Community Building
- Grow and manage our online audience across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Respond to messages, comments, and online interactions in a timely and pastoral manner.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Monitor social media metrics, track campaign performance, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and visual style across all digital platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in digital media management or content creation (preferably in a ministry or non-profit setting).
- Strong leadership skills — able to manage people, delegate tasks, and inspire creativity.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and basic analytics.
- Basic-to-intermediate skills in graphic design, video editing, or working with creative software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Passion for ministry and alignment with PPAfan’s vision and values.
Preferred
- Experience in livestream production or church media.
- Photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and online audience growth strategies.
