Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments and analyse skill gaps across teams and departments
- Design and implement comprehensive learning programs and training content tailored to business goals
- Facilitate engaging workshops, seminars, and e-learning sessions across employee levels
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
- Support leadership and career development initiatives aligned with the organisation’s talent strategy
- Maintain training records and generate reports for HR and departmental leadsStay up-to-date on learning trends, tools, and best practices for continuous improvement Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training with performance and succession planning
Requirements:
- 3 years of cognate experience
- Minimum of HND
