Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR or people operations
- Strong understanding of performance management and team development
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HR systems, KPIs, and compliance
- Knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices.
