Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ughelli. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and policy implementation.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
- Training and Policy Implementation skills
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
