Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience；
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions and labour legislation.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
