Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR tasks.
- Support both staff and management Ensure labour law compliance and contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Over 3 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage conflicts effectively.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skilled at handling sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
