Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
- Provide guidance on labor law, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Drive HR projects that improve organizational culture, efficiency, and staff engagement.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance reporting. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or professional certification is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5–7 years proven HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. Ability to manage HR projects in a fast-paced environment.
