The first major focus of this role will be the design and delivery of our new graduate programme; a two-year rotational scheme aimed at attracting top early-career talent and building a pipeline of future leaders.
Beyond this, the role will support a broader range of HR projects, including learning and development, organisational design, and talent initiatives across the wider group.
This is a hands-on, strategic role that will play a key part in shaping the future of our people agenda and embedding a culture of continuous development and high performance.
Key responsibilities
Graduate programme (initial priority):
- Design and manage the end-to-end structure of a two-year graduate programme, including four 6- month cross-functional rotations.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development pathways for graduate cohorts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and a governance group to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Develop internship and insight day pipelines to support future intakes.
- Design and implement blended learning solutions to support technical and leadership development.
- Support the creation of a group-wide framework aligned with business goals.
Organisational development:
- Contribute to organisational design and workforce planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify and implement people-focused improvements.
- Stakeholder engagement & communication:
- Act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders across the business.
- Lead internal communications and engagement efforts for HR initiatives.
Governance & reporting:
- Track and report on project outcomes, performance metrics, and progress against objectives.
- Ensure alignment with governance structures and internal reporting standards.
Additional project ownership to be shaped over time:
As the role develops, the HR Projects Manager will take ownership of further strategic initiatives aligned
with business priorities. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Talent mapping and succession planning
- Performance management frameworks
- Culture and engagement initiatives
- HR systems and process improvements
- Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
The specific focus areas will be shaped in collaboration with the Head of HR and senior stakeholders, based
on evolving business needs and opportunities.
Role requirements
- Proven experience in HR project delivery, talent development, or programme management.
- Strong background in learning & development, organisational development, or early careers.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
- Experience delivering structured people initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
