Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate manpower management across multiple client accounts.
- Lead recruitment, payroll processing, employee documentation, and performance tracking.
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and SLA adherence.
- Supervise HR field staff and ensure proper deployment and compliance at client sites.
- Prepare and review HR and payroll reports, staff movement logs, and compliance registers.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, health & safety policies, and internal operational standards.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying outsourcing opportunities and optimizing service delivery.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Professional HR Certification is an added advantage.
- 5–7 years of solid experience in HR operations or outsourcing (preferably in a consulting firm).
- Strong people management and client servicing skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
