MOC Consulting Limited - Our client, a Reputable Insurance Broking Firm, a major player in the Nigerian Insurance Industry with proven track record of excellence for four decades.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Head of Sales / Business Development

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute the company's marketing and sales initiatives
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
  • Effectively communicate value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Aggressively grow the firm’s customer base
  • Participate in Client review meetings, external audit feedback sessions and new business tender processes
  • Build and Enhance strong relationships with existing and potential clients by offering viable solutions
  • Make necessary improvements to ensure optimal operating efficiency across all functions of the business
  • Prepare and submit monthly and periodic activity/sales reports on the success of your sales endeavours

Requirements

  • BSc/HND in Insurance, Marketing or other related field
  • 6 - 9 years of High-Level Sales/Marketing Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years Management Experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Personality: A go-getter, enthusiastic and results-oriented
  • Ability to Build, Manage and Lead High-Performance Teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good reporting skills.
