Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Intern to support our B2B growth team. You will work directly with the business development team to identify new leads, engage with fleet/logistics companies and managers, and support strategic outreach efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in sales, partnerships, or tech business development.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify potential fleet management prospects
- Reach out to leads via LinkedIn, email, and phone to pitch DriveMate
- Assist in setting up and following up on demo calls and meetings
- Help refine sales scripts and outreach templates
- Maintain lead databases and track conversations
- Collect feedback and share insights from prospect conversations
- Support proposal creation and presentation decks
- Collaborate with other teams (marketing, support) on B2B engagement efforts
Who You Are
- Recent graduate, NYSC corps member, or early-career professional
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and professional communication
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn fast
- Interest in technology, mobility, or fleet operations is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is an advantage, but not required
