Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and postal mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage diaries, schedule appointments, book travel, and coordinate meetings
- Draft letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
- Establish and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for easy access to documents.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, track inventory, and ensure smooth daily operations. Act as a first point of contact, greet visitors, and answer general inquiries.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year of experience is required.
