Job Summary

A Front Desk performs essential administrative and clerical tasks, providing support to professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of an office environment. Key duties include managing correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining filing systems, answering phone calls, preparing documents, and handling general office tasks.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and postal mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Manage diaries, schedule appointments, book travel, and coordinate meetings
  • Draft letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
  • Establish and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for easy access to documents.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, track inventory, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Act as a first point of contact, greet visitors, and answer general inquiries.


Requirements:

  • 0-1 year of experience is required.
  • OND in any field of study
