Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for an Estate Management and Valuer. The role involves managing estate properties, valuating real estate assets, handling client interactions, and providing superior customer service. Daily tasks include property appraisals, liaising with estate agents, and ensuring accurate valuation reports are generated.
Qualifications
- Skills in Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation
- Experience with Estate Agents and Estate Management
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in generating accurate valuation reports
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is a plus Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Estate Management, or related field
